How to request deletion
To request deletion of your Luvisa account, email hello@luvisa.app from the email address connected to your Luvisa account.
Please include the subject line "Account deletion request" so we can identify and process your request.
What deletion includes
When your account is deleted, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify your account profile, authentication details, uploaded evidence, notes, documents, workspace data, and related app data associated with your account.
Information we may retain
Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, dispute resolution, or legitimate operational reasons. Backup copies may take additional time to expire from our systems.
Shared workspaces
If your account is part of a shared partner workspace, deleting your account may affect shared evidence, documents, and collaboration history. We may need to verify the request and review workspace ownership before completing deletion.
