Terms of Service
Effective date: 3 June 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Luvisa website, mobile app, and related services. By creating an account or using Luvisa, you agree to these terms.
What Luvisa is
Luvisa is an organization and document preparation tool for relationship evidence. It helps couples collect, organize, explain, and prepare evidence packs for Partner visa applications.
No legal advice
Luvisa is not a law firm, migration agency, registered migration agent, legal adviser, government service, or representative of the Australian Government or Department of Home Affairs. Luvisa does not provide legal advice, does not decide whether evidence is sufficient, and does not guarantee any visa outcome. For legal advice, speak with a registered migration agent or qualified lawyer.
Using Luvisa
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for the evidence, documents, notes, captions, and other content you upload or create.
- You must have the rights, consent, or lawful basis needed to upload, share, or process content in Luvisa.
- You must not use Luvisa to upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, or malicious content.
- You must not interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Luvisa or related systems.
Partner workspaces and sharing
- Luvisa is designed for shared evidence workspaces. If you invite a partner or accept an invitation, information in that workspace may be visible to the other workspace member.
- You are responsible for deciding who you invite and what information you add to shared spaces.
- If your relationship or collaboration changes, contact us or use available app controls to manage access where supported.
Your content
- You keep ownership of content you upload to Luvisa.
- You grant Luvisa permission to host, store, copy, process, display, organize, export, and transmit your content as needed to provide and improve the service.
- You understand that visa evidence may include sensitive personal information, and you are responsible for reviewing content before exporting, submitting, or sharing it outside Luvisa.
Service availability
- We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of Luvisa from time to time.
- We aim to keep Luvisa reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent access.
- You should keep your own backups of important documents and evidence.
Third-party services
Luvisa may integrate with third-party services, such as Google Drive. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use Luvisa.
Disclaimers and liability
Luvisa is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luvisa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or visa outcomes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as by updating the effective date or providing an in-app or website notice. Continued use of Luvisa after changes means you accept the updated terms.
